Zach Cioffi

Zach Cioffi has seen the game of baseball from both sides of the business, specializing in arbitration, the CBA, contracts, and transactions, with additional professional experience in scouting and analytics.

Cioffi spent parts of two seasons with the Detroit Tigers Front Office involved in arbitration, contracts, day-to-day transactions, long-term roster planning, and pro scouting. Prior to the Tigers, Cioffi was a consultant for Jeff Fannell & Associates, where he assisted dozens of MLB agents with arbitration negotiation strategy, built slides for hearings, and worked closely with the MLBPA for broader market research.

Cioffi holds a law degree from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law where he captained his Baseball Arbitration Team to a national championship at the 2025 Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Championship. Prior to Villanova, Cioffi earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management at Elon University where he spent a season as a Data Analyst for the Division-1 program and also was the President of the school's Baseball Analytics Club, leading the group to being selected a winner at the 2022 Diamond Dollars Baseball Analytics Case Competition held by the Society of American Baseball Research (SABR).

Cioffi, 26, currently resides in North Carolina.
