The 2021 MLB season was filled with plenty of star performances, but only an elite few hitters will be selected to the All-MLB Team.

Fan voting for the All-MLB Team began this week, and the winners will be announced on Nov. 23. The fan vote accounts for 50% of the total vote, and the other 50% comes from a panel of experts.

So which hitters will make the final cut? On the latest episode of The Just Baseball Show, hosts Peter Appel and Jack McMullen gave their predictions for the 2021 All-MLB Team roster:

2021 Stats: .311 BA with 48 HR (1st in MLB) and 111 RBI. Led league in Total Bases, Runs Scored, and OPS. Honorable Mentions: Matt Olson, Paul Goldschmidt, Joey Votto

1B: Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

2B: Marcus Semien

2021 Stats: .265 BA with 45 HR and 102 RBI. First-time All-Star and Gold Glove. Honorable Mentions: Ozzie Albies, Brandon Lowe, Jose Altuve

SS: Fernando Tatis Jr.

2021 Stats: .282 BA with 42 HR, 97 RBI, and 25 SB. First-time All-Star and Silver Slugger. Honorable Mentions: Carlos Correa, Trea Turner, Brandon Crawford

3B: Austin Riley

2021 Stats: .303 BA with 33 HR and 107 RBI. Top-5 in hits and appeared in 160 games. Honorable Mentions: Rafael Devers, Jose Ramirez, Manny Machado

Catcher: Buster Posey

2021 Stats: .304 BA with 18 HR and 56 RBI. Was an All-Star and Silver Slugger. Honorable Mentions: Salvador Perez, Yasmani Grandal, Will Smith, Mike Zunino

DH: Shohei Ohtani

2021 Stats: 1st in MLB history to have 45 HR, 25 SB’s, and 5 triples in a season. All-Star and Silver Slugger. Honorable Mentions: Yordon Alvarez, J.D. Martinez, Giancarlo Stanton

OF: Bryce Harper

2021 Stats: .309 BA with 35 HR and 84 RBI. Potential MVP who led MLB in OPS and wRC+. Honorable Mentions: Cedric Mullins, Kyle Tucker
